Returns & Refunds


Please contact the customer service team at the duty-free store where you purchased/collected your items to make arrangements for their return.

We accept returns of defected items and will refund you the full cost of purchase. The following items cannot be returned:

  • Cigarettes
  • Food
  • Earrings
  • Diamonds
  • Damaged products and products without packaging


If, for any reason, you are unable to collect your order on the planned date, you can expect to receive a refund two weeks after your planned collection date.
