To prevent any inconveniences, please ensure that the duty-free store you have selected to collect your order is the one you will be stopping at on the way to your destination.
After completing an order online, you will receive a confirmation email which includes the order collection location.
When you collect an online order, you will need to present the pre-authorized invoice that you will have received with your confirmation email, as well as the license plate number of the vehicle you are travelling in. This number will appear on your delivery slip and final invoice. Please retain these documents as you may require them at customs.
